Ugh.  "I have a bad feeling about this."

I finally subscribed to Comixology Unlimited yesterday as a result.

Considering how bad Discovery's first season was, I am cautiously optimistic.

It's a co-op PvE shooter made by BioWare.  The city hub will be entirely single-player and will be "your story," while the outside world will be all co-op.  You play the protectors of humanity's last city in robotic power armor with jetpacks ala Iron Man, defending the city from giant monsters.  From everything I've heard, it's essentially a mashup of Mass Effect's 3 multiplayer mode and Monster Hunter World, except in robotic power armor.

I went against my better judgement last night.  After the 2018 Game Awards Show, I pre-ordered Anthem on both EA Origin and PlayStation 4. :-\

I haven't been in on the ground floor of a crap-show in a while.

Always, always disable UPnP.  Implementing UPnP was one of the worst decisions in networking, and that's saying a lot.

I resubscribed to CBS All Access for the Short Treks.  I am going to give Star Trek: Discovery a second chance with the second season because it's supposed to be more lighthearted than the first season, but as soon as I see any graphic violence or gore, I am out for good.

Man, all of the Legion stuff they're adding almost makes me want to give Supergirl another try.  Almost.

I just hope that it will be at least as good as Men in Black III.

Not my cup of tea, but hopefully he'll get more respect as an actor out of it.

Here's hoping that it's a lot better than the television show.

As cool as this would be, trying to fit all 12 issues into a standard animated film timeframe would lead to a severe botch job.

Another show that looks danged good and I want to watch, but can't because of the graphic violence.  Sigh.

I keep hearing from Babylon 5 fans how The Expanse is the best science-fiction show since Babylon 5.  But then I'm reminded of how graphic it is, and become sad.
