"We don't trust you either."

"Trust me."

"Okey doke."

I liked it fine.  Did seem real short.

It looks interesting, but it seems to rely on miniatures, and when I last checked on it a couple of days ago the Kickstarter campaign wasn't doing too well.

Reading online reviews it seems as though Netflix is out of its honeymoon period when it comes to it's Marvel properties. I myself feel they are of consistent quality and better than other superhero fare on TV.

The Defenders does an excellent job bringing the 4 leads together and serves them well. Maintaining each one's unique voice. Where it was weakest was in revealing the leadership of the Hand, none of whom were as scary in the light.

It also felt a little odd to finish off Netflix' longest running story thread in only 8 episodes. But that is not necessarily a bad thing.

Superhero 2044 was the first superhero RPG that I am aware of. Champions felt like somebody played 2044 and decided they could do better (and did). There is a reworked version up on kickstarter right now. I think I might buy in even though I will probably never play it.

I assume MA means "mature"?

Is that a bad thing?

TV-MA means "Television for Mature Audiences."  It means that the show will contain lots of naughty language, and/or gore, and/or graphic violence, and/or nudity, and/or sex.

CBS has already said that there won't be any nudity, so I'm betting on gore and/or graphic violence.  Which is a no go for me.

It's stupid.
